Why Physical Fitness Should Be Non-Negotiable
By now, we all know that fitness is important. It’s a no brainer, right? But between work, school, family, and other obligations, it can feel overwhelming to also throw a consistent workout schedule into the mix. Often, we get so caught up in all our responsibilities that working out just seems like an extra luxury that is afforded only to those with short to-do lists.
Sure, we all love the benefits of an active, healthy lifestyle that keeps us looking our best. But it’s not just about looking good.
